Damages that occur during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier.

Please note that personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is an issue of quality or if we have made an error in the personalization.

It is the Customer's responsibility to contact LHM&D immediately if there is an issue regarding an order received. You must call within 7 (seven) days of receipt of your order to arrange for a Return Authorization (RA) number to return merchandise that is damaged in materials and/or workmanship.

Authorized returns must be packed in original packaging and include your contact information and RA #. Unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.

All returns must be sent postage paid. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted. Send all returns via a reputable carrier such as the US Post Office, UPS, Fed Ex, etc. to:
